Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) is an educational workshop to help people respond to suicide signals. This comprehensive training provides knowledge and skills to recognise when a person may be having thoughts of suicide; how to respond in ways that help increase their immediate safety; and refer them to appropriate help.

By attending ASIST training , you will learn to:
- Recognise people at risk of suicide.
- Talk to them, hear their stories and understand their situations.
- Help them stay safe with a life-affirming intervention.
Please Note: For safety and accreditation purposes, you are required to attend both days.
