ANCIENT SOUND HEALING

Relax and unwind the body and mind in a 60min Ceremonial Sound Healing experience using the frequency of the 432Hz, known as the "miracle tone", harmonising with the natural vibration of the Universe.

Multi- instrumentalist Daniele Manodritto guides the Sound Healing using vocal toning techniques alongside a range of ancient musical instruments from around the world such as clay ocarinas, didgeridoo, powwow drum and African harp. The combination creates and captures the essence of mixed ethnic and unique earthly sounds that takes you on a journey of discovery.

The session will guide you into an effortless state of relaxation. The process is as scientific as it is mysterious. It requires nothing but your presence to be fully appreciated, but it must be experienced in order to be understood.

Humans have known for thousands of years that sound and vibration are one of the most powerful tools in existence for healing. Long before modern science, medicine people used sound to induce deep, meditative states with others. Healers used sound and complex rituals to trigger the natural healing process of their people.

The rhythmic frequencies produced by a plethora of ncient instruments during Sound Healing Sessions, layer into an ocean of vibration. These waves interact both with the water in our bodies, with our DNA and with our chakra system aiding the intelligence of our bodies to feel, heal, relax & release.

For those of you willing to spice things up, I have decided to offer as ADD-ON a cup of my secret recipe of Ceremonial Cacao. This amazing heart-opening elixir will enhance your openness and receptivity to the vibrations of the instruments. FYI the Cacao ADD-ON will expire the day before the event in order for me to have enough time to prepare it.

Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets will be provided. You may to bring an eye mask to enhance the experience and a water bottle to hydrate yourself after the journey.

Please arrive 5-10mins before the beginning of the session to set up your mat and check-in with us. The session starts at 6.30pm sharp.

The finish time can vary slightly, so please allow up to 10 minutes overtime in case the session extends beyond the scheduled time.
