About this event

Learn how to play the modern classic Carcassonne with games master Opalina in this after-school session for kids and teens. In this beautiful tile-laying game set in medieval France, players connect puzzle-like pieces to score castles, roads and fields in a landscape map that changes with every game. Use pattern recognition and clever strategy to maximise area control and claim the most points!

All ability levels are welcome!

This session is suitable for young people aged 8 +

To help us keep you and our community safe:

  • We ask guardians to remain with children under the age of 8 in activity areas for the duration of events.
  • Children under the age of 13 years must be supervised by a guardian at all times while in a City of Canning Library (siblings 16 years + are deemed suitable to supervise).
  • Children who do not meet the required age for specific activities/events may have their ticket cancelled.
  • Eventbrite bookings are essential and all attendees must have a ticket.
