This webinar is for consumer representatives, including financial counsellors, consumer advocates and community legal centres, that wish to learn about AFCA's new consumer portal - which will launch on Monday 17 June 2024.
The webinar will teach representatives how to use the new consumer portal for themselves and assist consumers to:

AFCA is launching an exciting IT transformation to ensure AFCA provides a modern, efficient, and user-friendly experience for all. This includes a new consumer portal to provide complainants and their representatives with a modern, intuitive way to submit and track their complaint throughout the AFCA process.
The consumer portal, alongside a new member portal and new case management system will launch on Monday 17 June 2024.
