About this event

Join Jen in her upcoming workshop focused on understanding and managing Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD) in the context of ADHD. Discover the potential origins of RSD and practical steps to shrink this challenging trait. Jen shares personal insights and keys for transformative change, empowering attendees to develop a healthier relationship with rejection sensitivity. Don't miss this opportunity to upgrade your toolbox and skillset for living a more flourishing life with ADHD.

Jen builds on Dr Dodson's work, providing practical and essential strategies to overcome it by understanding our brain and body responses. She offers a clear path to break free from learned helplessness associated with RSD, fostering ease and congruence in daily life. We explore strong themes in what is underneath the RSD for her clients, as well as hear personal stories as we embark on profound RSD insights through the lens of neuroscience and ADHD. This will be a highly practical and experiential workshop.

The workshop includes:

  • Differences in the ADHD system with regard to RSD cultivation; including the overlap of trauma.
  • The huge link between people pleasing, perfectionism and RSD.
  • What now? Practically work-shopping how you can use this information going forward to start shrinking your own RSD and living the life you would like.

If you have been to Jen's previous workshops, you'll know that you will always leave with your toolbox and skillset upgraded in ways you can relate to on an individual level, to live an upgraded way of life with ADHD. This modern always on world can be very challenging for most, more so for those with ADHD systems that are rarely at rest.
