ABC Radio Perth invites you to celebrate 100 years since 6WF's historic first broadcast in Western Australia.
On Saturday 8 June, ABC Perth will be hosting Open House tours and we would love for you to join us.
Meet the familiar faces you watch every day or put a face to the voice you hear when our ABC News and Radio presenters show you the ins and outs of our radio and news studios.
This is a free event and is open to all.
Date: Saturday 8 June 2024
Time: Tours from 9:30am to 2:30pm
Location: 30 Fielder St, East Perth (corner of Royal St)
Guided tour runs for approximately 20-40 minutes.
As part of our celebrations you can also register for tickets to watch the Saturday Breakfast Roots and Shoots program with Amber Cunningham and Sabrina Hahn live from 9-10am.
Sports Talk with Clint Wheeldon will broadcast live 10-11am.
NB: Please arrive at the ABC studios 10 minutes before your scheduled tour time to allow time for security checks. It is advisable not to bring large bags or backpacks because they will have to be cloaked.
