A New Approach to Self-Care

Why can’t we fix health & wellbeing issues quickly?

This can be due to the fact that we tend to give up too soon when the going gets tough and when we don’t see results.

Enhancing our awareness about ‘what works for us’ is a vital step, as is choosing to prioritise our self-care practices. This workshop explores the power of self-awareness and choice, uncovers obstacles to wellbeing and will help participants to discover new approaches to self-care.

Join Annette Subhani from New Pathways Coaching & Education for this participatory wellbeing workshop. She will empower participants to gain new insights into their health & wellbeing, and each will leave with their own self-care plan.

Free, bookings essential.

Note: If you can't make it on the day, please let us know, so that your tickets can be freed up for others to attend.
