Is the location wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately wheelchair access is not available, but we look forward to welcoming you very soon in the future. Contact us to join our mailing list so we can keep you updated.

Is there an age limit at The Emerald Room?

Our shows are geared towards a mature audience. We would steer you toward leaving your children in the car with at least the window cracked. But you’re a grown up - we’ll leave it to you. Anyone under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult regardless.

Does The Emerald room sell gift vouchers?

Yes. We love gifts! And highly recommend you buy gift vouchers to The Emerald Room for all your loved ones (Grandma will love it!).

How do I get there?

You can walk, uber, sherpa, drive, train and bus here, Hot air balloon maybe; you do you, but clearly there are no excuses not to visit us. Kings Cross Station and Oxford Street are both a 5 minute walk.

Will I get to pick my seat?

Send through the requested seating section you want (but they're all pretty incredible). We will do our best to honour this.

Does The Emerald Room have visual, audio or strobe effects?

Yes. Possible strobe and atmospheric effects will be used during the performance which may not be suitable for guests with a history of vertigo, epilepsy, seizures, heart disorders and high blood pressure.
