Coburg Station Coburg, VIC 3058 AustraliaAbout this event
"Nature is a wellspring of ideas and is connected to many ideas of ‘place' that I am grateful to have in my life. It is a source of inspiration in its patterns and shapes that provide not only source material but philosophical underpinnings that guide much of my practice. Walking can set off introspection, creativity, and deeper connections with the natural world. Every spot that I walk to offers something different. "
Come join us for a relaxing afternoon connecting with nature through sketching.
During this event, Michael will lead participants on a walk to local spots where he has discovered inspiration. Along the way, he will invite you to respond to these spaces in your own creative work. After the walk, you'll have the opportunity to view paintings, prints, and sketchbooks showcasing works created from visits to these same spots.
Whether you're a seasoned artist or a beginner, this event is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and unleash their creativity in the great outdoors.
