Teacher Proven: Hiring Fair
Australian school leaders need to fill roles for upcoming educational positions and they want to interview the best available candidates. Whether you have years of experience, great instructional skills, an outstanding personality and amazing training or all of the above, this Hiring Fair is an awesome way to secure your next career move for the 2025 school term and beyond.
This is a two-part event where candidates and teachers may connect across two days, with live virtual sessions on Monday arvo and in-person meetings set for Tuesday morning.
How it works
1. Register and prepare: Complete your Teacher Proven candidate profile and register to attend the Hiring Fair. Registration is free for verified candidates. We also guarantee at least one pre-scheduled face-to-face interview for every candidate with a verified profile. It doesn’t get any better than that!
2. Meet the interviewers: Decision makers will be set up booth style. Head to the school that you’re particularly keen to work with as your first stop. Hand over your resume for screening and make a positive impression on the school reps. Interviewers have limited time, so make sure to show off all of your skills and personality.
3. Get hired: If the interviewers like what they see, some may offer positions there and then! For those with longer hiring methods, look forward to an invitation to the next stage of their selection process.
4. Build your network: Instead of lingering around at one or two booths, navigate the event and make connections with all the schools, exhibitors and attendees onsite. You can never be sure where your next opportunity might begin.
