Coming Home to Your Values in Midlife
Overview
Midlife Reclaimed Teachings
Description
Midlife Reclaimed Teachings are occasional, theme-based gatherings for midlife women who want to tend to their wellbeing by staying connected to themselves — gently, intentionally, and without pressure to fix or optimise.
Each 90-minute session offers a calm, supportive space to:
- learn about a key midlife wellbeing theme through a compassionate, evidence-informed lens
- experience an embodied guided meditation
- reflect and integrate through journalling and gentle reflective inquiry
- ask questions that help the practice land in everyday life
They are ideal for midlife women who want a meaningful pause, a sense of orientation, and practical inner resources they can return to again and again.
They are not therapy — but they are therapeutic.
Sessions are offered a few times a year to honour depth, presence, and sustainable pacing.
What’s Included

Our First Offering (a soft launch introductory offer)
Session Description
The start of a new year can quietly stir questions in midlife — not just What should I do next? But how do I want to live?
After years of caring, contributing, and carrying responsibility, many women find they’ve drifted from what truly matters to them.
This guided session offers a compassionate pause to reconnect with your values — not as goals to achieve, but as qualities that help you orient your life with steadiness and self-leadership.
Together, we’ll explore:
- what values really are (and what they’re not)
- why values become especially important in midlife transitions
- how values can support wellbeing, boundaries, and meaning — without pressure or perfection
You’ll then be guided through a meditation, followed by a reflective journalling prompt designed to help you listen inward and clarify what values feel most alive for you now.
This is not about setting resolutions or fixing yourself.
It’s about coming home to what matters — and letting that guide your next steps, gently.
