Conscious cooking chef Rebecca Hendriks will reveal all the benefits behind the healthy eating trend in this Super Foods cooking class. She will explain why super foods are fabulous for your mind, body and soul, how super foods assist your body’s functionality and support your immune system, how their high nutritional value helps you keeping mentally and physically fit and how delicious super food meals taste.

On The Menu:

• Freekeh salad with marinated onions, toasted almonds, currants & braggs orange zest dressing
• Roasted spiced pumpkin & beet salad with rocket & walnut crisps, shaved pecorino & beet leaf pumpkin seed pesto
• Middle eastern twist quinoa salad with a cinnamon & turmeric yoghurt
• Poached chicken, avocado, kale, cashew & chia seed salad with goji berry & basil dressing
• Hazelnut truffles rolled in goji berries & Banana Acai Ice cream

Booking Conditions:
1. Cancellations are not refundable.
2. Confirmed booking may be transferred to another class or another person if more than 7 days notice is given.

4. Registration is from 30 minutes prior to the class start time.
5. All classes and events require closed-in shoes.
