Search Inside Yourself

A Groundbreaking Course on Leadership, Effectiveness & Happiness.

Developed at Google and based on the latest in neuroscience research, Search Inside Yourself (SIY) offers the skills needed for peak performance and effective leadership.

The Search Inside Yourself program (SIY) is a unique, mindfulness-based program focusing on the five key domains of emotional intelligence: self awareness, self regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills - with science and leadership applications fully integrated at all levels.

Since 2007, nearly 1,000 Google engineers and managers have experienced the program. Now, for the first time in Australia, the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI) is presenting this groundbreaking training in Sydney. Search Inside Yourself has been featured in the likes of The New York Times, Fast Company and Wired Magazine and it is Google’s singular most popular and highly rated training program.

SIYLI delivers training to organisations seeking to transform their workplace. They help organisations develop leaders that are focused, creative and resilient - and cultures that are innovative and engaging. The program was developed by Chade-Meng Tan, Google’s “Jolly Good Fellow” and author of the New York Times Bestseller Search Inside Yourself.
