Come get carried away, on a journey of caramelised sugar fantasy! This caramel class is for all caramel lovers, we have heard your calling. Dive into the delights of caramel with Vienna style caramelised nuts, caramel mud cake, spiced caramel slice and salted caramel ice-cream! Your life line to death by caramel will be Jessica Pedemont of Chocolate Artisan.

This class includes refreshments and lunch provided by The Essential Ingredient.

Booking Conditions:
1. Cancellations are not refundable.
2. Confirmed booking may be transferred to another class or another person if more than 7 days notice is given.
3. The Essential Ingredient reserves the right to alter or cancel a class without notice. In the event of a change, you will be contacted on the daytime phone number provided to us at time of booking.
4. Registration is from 30 minutes prior to the class start time.
5. All classes and events require closed-in shoes.
