Intentional Hikes for Women are hikes meant to evoke thought and action all while connecting with other like-minded women in Mother Nature. Hikes topics include: monthly goal-setting + accountability, releasing your fears, forgiveness, freedom and more!

Nature Retreats for Women are aimed at providing a fun and enjoyable place for women to reconnect with themselves while connecting with others while in nature. Retreats range from half-day local retreats in nature to multi-day retreats.
