View and manage orders from your reserved seating dashboard after you’ve sold tickets. From there, print out your venue map, edit order details, and add new attendees.

<h2 id="01">View your reserved seating dashboard</h2> <h3 id="01-1">1. Go to your Event Dashboard.</h3> <p>Go to &quot;eblink{Manage events=&gt; target=_blank}&quot; in your account. Then select your event.</p> <h3 id="01-2">2. Go to “Reserved seating dashboard” (under “Order options”).</h3> <p>If you do not see this option, make sure the admin on your account has eblink{given you permission to=&gt;}:</p> <ul><li>Edit Event Details</li><li>Add attendees</li><li>Manage orders, refunds, transfers, and attendees</li><li>View aggregate financial data</li></ul> <h3 id="01-3">3. View your seating map.</h3> <p>See which seats are sold, held, or available.</p> <h3 id="01-4">4. Print your seating map.</h3> <p>Select “Print” for a printer-friendly version of your seating map.</p> <h2 id="02">Manage existing orders.</h2> <h3 id="02-1">1. From your reserved seating dashboard, click on a greyed out seat.</h3> <p>If you see “Order pending”, a buyer started an order but has not completed it. If the buyer doesn’t complete the order, that seat will become available again.</p> <h3 id="02-2">2. Select “Manage order”.</h3> <p>Selecting “Manage order” will take you to “Orders”. From there:</p> <ul><li>eblink{Edit the attendee information and add notes=&gt;}.</li><li>eblink{Transfer the attendee to a new seat, event, or ticket type=&gt;}.</li><li>eblink{Refund the order=&gt;}.</li><li>eblink{Resend the confirmation email=&gt;}.</li></ul> <h2 id="03">Add attendees manually.</h2> <h3 id="03-1">1. Go to “Reserved seating dashboard” (under “Order options”).</h3> <h3 id="03-2">2. Select the seats you want to add to a manual order.</h3> <p>Click on the seats you want to add to an order. Select entire sections, rows, and tables by clicking their label. To select multiple seats and sections, hold &quot;Shift&quot; on your keyboard. Then click and drag your mouse.</p> <h3 id="03-3">3. Click “Add”, then “Checkout”.</h3> <h3 id="03-4">4. Choose the payment method.</h3> <p>To add attendees as free orders, select “Complimentary” or “No payment necessary”. To add attendees as paid orders, select the payment method and enter the amount paid. This will show in your net sales but will not affect your payout or fees. You&#39;re responsible for collecting the funds outside of Eventbrite.</p> <h3 id="03-5">5. Complete the order.</h3> <p>Enter the buyer’s information, and choose to send them a confirmation email or not. Then click “Register” to complete the order.</p> <h2 id="04">Update your seating map</h2> <p>You can make the following changes to a seating map on your published event:</p> <ul><li>Rearrange your seating map.</li><li>Add more sections to your event.</li><li>Edit sections without any sold tickets.</li><li>Change the capacity of general admission sections.</li><li>Update your tiers and ticket settings.</li></ul> <p>If you need to edit a section with sold tickets, <a href="" target="_blank">refund the orders</a> or <a href="" target="_blank">transfer them to another section</a> before making changes. <a href="" target="_blank">Learn more about setting up your seating map</a>.</p>
