You can update the information on your order (like name, email address, or answers to the organiser's questions) by clicking your order on the eblink{Tickets=>https://www.eventbrite.com.au/mytickets} page. If you don't see an "Edit" link after selecting your order, the event organiser has disabled attendees' ability to change order information. Here, you can eblink{send a message to the organiser=>https://www.eventbrite.com.au/support/articleredirect?anum=3275} by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of the event listing. Also, if you entered a typo for your email, you can easily log in with the typo'd email address and password to update the email address on your Eventbrite account. If you don't recall the typo'd email address, you'll want to eblink{reach out to the event organiser=>https://www.eventbrite.com.au/support/articleredirect?anum=3275} to request they update the information on your order.

TIP: To change the email address on your Eventbrite account, not just an order, take a look eblink{here=>https://www.eventbrite.com.au/support/articleredirect?anum=3251}.

PRO TIP: If you're the event organiser or are granted permission to manage attendees for an event, you can eblink{edit attendee information=>https://www.eventbrite.com.au/support/articleredirect?anum=27564} from the event's Manage page.

NOTE: When the organiser collects information from "Each Attendee," you can edit ticket/registration details for multiple people on the same order—just scroll down until you see a second ticket/registration to edit. If you don't see this option, the information on your order is the same for each ticket registered. You can eblink{contact the organiser=>https://www.eventbrite.com.au/support/articleredirect?anum=3275} to let them know each person that plans to attend, but specific attendee information still won't show on the tickets associated with your order.

1. Go to Tickets.

After you eblink{log into your Eventbrite account=>https://www.eventbrite.com.au/login target=_blank}, access the account menu, then select "Tickets."

TIP: Not sure if you have an account with Eventbrite? eblink{Enter your email=>https://www.eventbrite.com.au/gettickets} and we'll confirm by either surfacing a "Password" field to log in or providing a link to "Sign up for free".

NOTE: If you purchased your tickets from a third-party seller and not through the event listing, you won't be able to log in and update the information on the original order. eblink{Learn more=>https://www.eventbrite.com.au/support/articleredirect?anum=25585}.

2. Select your order.

Locate your order and click to display the information collected during registration.

3. Select "Edit."

The simplest way to "transfer" your tickets to someone else is to change the name. We recommend updating the email address and checking the box to send the new attendee a confirmation email with all the ticket/registration information they'll need as well. If you don't see an "Edit" link, the event organiser disabled the ability to change order information. Click "Contact the Organiser" to send a message and request they update your information on your behalf.

TIP: If the event offers the ability to eblink{join a team or group=>https://www.eventbrite.com.au/support/articleredirect?anum=3348}, you can easily join a team by clicking "Join a Team" or "Transfer". Also, some organisers enable registration transfers for their events. If so, you might be able to eblink{upgrade to a different event or ticket=>https://www.eventbrite.com.au/support/articleredirect?anum=3481}.

PRO TIP: A Print Tickets button shows if the organiser enabled PDF tickets for their event, and a Print Invoice button shows if organisers charged tax and issued tax invoices to attendees. If neither button shows, tickets and tax invoices were disabled by the event organiser.

NOTE: Only certain information (name, email, etc.) can be changed—you can't change the number of tickets ordered, billing address, or credit card/payment type used. If your registration was free (no payment needed to register), you can eblink{cancel your free registration=>https://www.eventbrite.com.au/support/articleredirect?anum=3243}.

4. Save your changes.

Once you're done, select "Save" to save your changes.

TIP: Not all organisers require the name on the ticket to match the name of the person attending the event. To confirm for your event, check your order confirmation email, review the event details on the page where you registered, or eblink{reach out the event organiser=>https://www.eventbrite.com.au/support/articleredirect?anum=3275}.

PRO TIP: If you entered a typo on your original order, updating the order information won't associate the ticket(s) with your account to show in the Eventbrite app for eblink{iOS=>https://www.eventbrite.com.au/support/articleredirect?anum=11000} and eblink{Android=>https://www.eventbrite.com.au/support/articleredirect?anum=11001}. You'll need to eblink{change the email address on the Eventbrite account=>https://www.eventbrite.com.au/support/articleredirect?anum=3251} and use it and the password to log into the app to view tickets on mobile.
