If you want a refund for your tickets, you need to send a request to the organizer of the event. There are two ways to do this through your Eventbrite account. Log in to Eventbrite and go to "Tickets" to get started. Depending on the event's refund policy, you have the option to request a refund directly from there or to contact the organizer about your tickets.

<h2 id="1">1. Request a refund directly from your Eventbrite account</h2> <p>When organizers set up their event, they also set up a refund policy. If refund requests are allowed, you’ll see the option to request one in your tickets:</p> <ol><li>Log in to Eventbrite.</li><li>Go to &quot;Tickets&quot; in your account. Select the ticket you want a refund for.</li><li>Click &quot;Request a refund&quot;.</li><li>Review your details and select a refund reason.</li><li>Select a refund method ($USD only).</li><li>Click &quot;Continue&quot;.</li><li>Review your details and click &quot;Submit request&quot;.</li></ol> <h2 id="2">2. Contact the organizer from your Eventbrite account</h2> <p>When organizers set up their event, they also set up a refund policy. If this is set to &quot;no refunds&quot; you can only request a refund by contacting the organizer. The easiest way to do that is to:</p> <ol><li>Log in to Eventbrite.</li><li>Go to &quot;Tickets&quot; in your account. Select the ticket you want a refund for.</li><li>Click &quot;Contact the organizer&quot;.</li><li>Under &quot;Have a question for the organizer?&quot;, click &quot;Contact the organizer&quot; again.</li><li>Review your details and select the contact reason &quot;Question about my ticket&quot;.</li><li>Enter a message that clearly states your request and the refund reason.</li><li>Click &quot;Continue&quot;.</li><li>Review your details and click &quot;Submit request&quot;.</li></ol> <h2 id="3">3. Refund requests for COVID-19 cancellations</h2> <p>Ask for a refund through the <a href="https://www.eventbrite.com/attendee-refund-request" target="_self">refund request form</a>.
