Western Health COVID19 Booster vaccination-staff

Western Health is running an 8-week COVID 4th dose vaccination program to healthcare workers over the age of 18 at Sunshine Hospital - Staff Health Immunisation clinic based on Level 2 (opposite lift No 5 & 6) for all staff across sites. People who have had COVID disease need to wait 3 months post infection before receiving their 4th dose. You will also need to ensure that there is a 3 months gap between 3rd & 4th dose.Moderna Bivalent vaccine will be the key vaccine offered. If you require Novavax due to past issues with mRNA vaccines please call 03 8345 4714 to make a separate booking.

As these appointments are highly sought after, if you cannot attend your appointment we would request that you cancel the appointment, so that someone else can attend.
