Victoria is a dynamic Leadership trainer, best-selling Author and Keynote Speaker who has helped over 19500 people throughout Australia and New Zealand deal with the enormous variety of problems and challenges facing them in the workplace and their personal lives every single day.
Her love of the truth in all matters to do with the food we eat and the products we put on our bodies started as a young mother, struggling to separate fact from myth so she could provide the best nutrition for her two children. Although she lost that battle and raised her children thinking margarine was good for you and butter wasn't (amongst many other lies) Victoria is grateful her children have turned out to be strong and healthy.
Victoria's life as a trainer started 32 years ago as a soldier in the Australian Army Reserve. During the following 23 years, as a Training Subject Master, Victoria trained over 7,000 soldiers and officers in drill, weapons and theory and was promoted to the rank of Warrant Officer.
Although Victoria was born a stutterer and suffered from a severe lack of self-esteem as a young woman, her curiosity and enthusiasm for life has helped her step through and out of her comfort zone, many times. It is this resilience and 'pig-headiness' to not give up that has enabled her to connect with her audiences in a real and practical way.
