Verge Garden Projects Australia is a grass roots sustainability initiative focussed on providing a positive platform for residents, councils, community groups and businesses to advocate for the adoption of Verge Gardens and other underutilised or neglected spaces for the purposes of improved amenity, biodiversity, native habitiat, food production and engaging community spaces. We aim to capture the stories of and give voice to residents who have made efforts to improve their local community and environment through the simple act of adopting a verge (aka nature strip).
