Tracey Pattison - The Conscious Cooking Expert

For the past 23 years I have been very fortunate to own my own Food Publishing business and work professionally in the vibrant world of Food Publishing:

- creating food and recipe content, and food styling for world-leading magazines;

- developing recipes for branded products;

- writing and food styling numerous cookbooks for influential food, health and wellness personalities such as Michelle Bridges and CSIRO

It's been a dream career.

I have been described as "Australia's leading recipe author" and "Australia's most published cookbook author" by industry professionals and I take great pride in all the work I have created and will continue to create.

My career started in, and has returned me to, Sydney, Australia but is also gifted me the ability to live and work in the United Kingdom, the Middle East, North America and South-East Asia for many years - giving me a leading edge in the world of recipe writing for publishing houses and a great palate for many types of cuisines.

I have a holistic approach towards food, cooking and how people eat that dives deeply into food conciousness, food energetics and the impact we have in the world through our daily food choices.
