Welcome to The Joy Space - where we combine laughter, play, movement and breath to enhance and reconnect us with what makes us happy and feel well.

Our workshops and classes promote individual and group wellbeing. We facilitate positive social interaction and collaboration for teams and groups in organisations, workplaces, schools and communities.

Laughter Yoga sits at the core of our model and informs many of our practices, however, we go beyond laughter. We cultivate a childlike sense of playfulness to connect us to our inner joy and utilise mindful movement and breathing exercises, accompanied by curiosity, to connect deeply with the joy of being embodied in human form.
