We are the Field, a job site, built by and for people with disability that actively connects people with disability with jobs from inclusive employers, founded by 2022 Australian of the Year Dylan Alcott AM.

We are revolutionising the employment landscape, opening access to a largely untapped marketplace of people with disability wanting to work, with extraordinary talent and capability in all industries, all roles, and at all levels. Our purpose is simple. We're committed to levelling the Field in the employment exchange by providing equitable access for people with disability to employment and simplifying the process of inclusive recruitment.
