The Cooks Co-Op

Nestled in the Hawkesbury are some of the most incredible produce and producers in Australia. When Executive Chef of Longrain fame Martin Boetz discovered this, he traded his hectic inner city lifestyle for a 28 acre property on the Hawkesbury River and that started a passionate commitment to showcasing as a chef one of Sydney’s kept best secrets. 

Each year Martin joins forces with well-respected city chefs to collaborate on a menu using seasonal produce, to create Cooks Co-Op Food Experiences in the Event Shed. The result is a dining experience like no other – incredible food, an amazing location, served up in a very chic Tin Shed.
