Tania Lee has been training & coaching in the workplace since 2007.

She is passionate about customer experience management and driving the principles of customer service excellence throughout organizations.

Tania can turn ordinary Customer Service workers into customer service professionals.

She is a strong promoter of improving Communication Skills being the key to building successful relationships.

She provides workplace training in Effective Communication, Soft Skills, and Emotional Intelligence in the workplace,  and has a strong background in quality management.

She believes "A business needs customers but customers may not be convinced they need your business. You must prove it!"

Using her approach to customer centricity Tania will show you that dynamic teams can power ahead in volatile markets turning your organization into leading champions of your industry.

Tania is also an active VP Public Relations Officer for her local Toastmaster's club in Sydney.
