My mission is to help women and men use mindfulness to experience relief from stress, anxiety, and worry. I do this by providing support through a range of professional in-person and online services, where you will learn fresh new ways of coping and managing your stress and anxiety. Learn to live with more freedom, peace, clarity & joy, it is possible! Mindfulness shows you how to let go of the control your mind and emotions have over you.   

Stephanie Beauverd (BSocSi(Psych), GradDipCouns) is a registered, university-trained Counsellor and certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher with a background in psychology and mental health. She specialises in supporting women to experience relief from stress, anxiety, and/or depression. Stephanie is a dedicated mindfulness practitioner and coach, who has been teaching mindfulness to individuals and groups for a number of years. She has completed a Diploma in Mindfulness Therapy, as well as advanced mindfulness retreats in Australia and abroad in India.
