As a new mother I unconsciously started my natural health journey with the arrival of my first son who was more difficult and frequently unwell compared to the other two boys that followed. 
As a trained teacher and life long learner I started to educate myself and research food (additives and preservatives) and seeking to use whole ingredients i could pronounce! 
As a friend I simply could not keep that information to myself! I am on a journey. There is still so much to learn but I just cannot go with the crowd, i will evaluate all that comes in and out of my home as that is my right.
