Sitara Morgenster,

Sitara is a mindfulness trainer for New Zealand's largest mindfulness education organisation: Mindfulness Works. She teaches a 4-week mindfulness/meditation introduction course throughout the year, in Kerikeri, Palmerston North and Whanganui. Sitara is also a mosaic artist and writer. She recognises mindfulness/meditation as the best and most simple tool to come home to yourself and relax. To create breathing space amidst all the hectic and wonderful, sometimes painful or overwhelming daily situations we find ourselves in.
