Silicon Valley Music Festival

The Silicon Valley Music Festival is a week-long music festival and chamber music institute in the Silicon Valley Area. Founded in 2011 by flutist Ray Furuta and pianist Jasmin Arakawa, SVMF is dedicated to artistic excellence, innovation, and the broadening of musical perspectives. The inaugural season in June 2012 will feature a captivating series of concerts performed by a roster of internationally acclaimed classical musicians, as well as public masterclasses, pre-concert lectures, interactive outreach performances, and a chamber music institute and fellowship program for aspiring young musicians.
