SHARE SMR INC

SHARE is a not-for-profit organisation supported by NSW Health for residents living in the areas covered by Sydney South West Area Health Service and the South Eastern Sydney Illawarra Area Health Service.

SHARE classes are run by fitness leaders who are registered and accredited by Fitness Australia. All our leaders are experienced in catering for older adults and are able to provide guidance and helpful advice. We provide bilingual leaders for groups from non-English speaking backgrounds where possible.

SHARE classes are run at a number of convenient locations in inner west and southern Sydney.

 

What We Do

 

SHARE programs are aimed at helping everyone maintain as healthy a lifestyle as possible, including people who are living with chronic health conditions.

If you are over 50, regular exercise can help you feel better and give you more energy to do the things in life you enjoy.

Everyone is different, so SHARE offers a range of exercise programs to make sure your needs and abilities are catered to. SHARE classes are held at convenient locations across the inner west and southern Sydney suburbs.

We can also tailor courses to suit particular community groups or corporate organisations and arrangements can be made for classes to be held at your venue.

The types of classes we offer include Tai Chi, aqua fitness, aerobics, resistance training, and stretching and relaxing
