Shalome Knoll

Shalome has a BA in Linguistics and History from LaTrobe University, and a Diploma of Modern Languages in Arabic from the University of Melbourne. After working in the not-for-profit and publishing sectors for numerous years, she left work to have a baby and retrained as a plant spirit healer.

Over the years she has learnt from her experiences and interactions with teachers from all over: attending country visits with the Walpiri at Yuendumu, studying Arabic language in Damascus and devling into Muslim philosophy and thought, reading countless books on spirituality and alternative approaches to mental and physical health and more recently working with teachers in the USA and Australia to develop skills in plant connection, dreamwork, and ancestral healing.

She works with people who have unresolved emotional or psychological pain to awaken them to the beauty, magic and mystery of life. She does this through dreamwork and restoring people to lost or forgotten aspects of themselves through developing their relationships with oceans, trees, mountains, rocks, rivers, or stars.

Shalome has over 6 years experience working with her own dreams and 3 years workign with the dreams of others. 

Her work is informed by counselling practice, focussing, extensive research into dreams and dreaming, extensive reserach into animistic practices and traitional wisdoms, lore nad practices from around the world including her own ancestral ways from Cornwall, Mongolia, Germany and Scandinavia.
