SF Insight Dharma Center

A contemporary community for Insight meditation and practice supporting the diversity of life in the city. We serve as an online hub for insight meditation sitting groups, events and retreats and offer occasional in-person retreats at venues across the city. Insight Dharma Center of San Francisco supports diverse communities to integrate Buddhist practice in daily life, with an emphasis on caring for each other and the world. We represent a group of Buddhist communities in San Francisco: Mission Dharma, San Francisco Insight, San Francisco BIPOC Insight Sangha, Insight Upper Market, and Instasangha.
