Kajal is the founder of Serene Mind Body and Souls and initiated her work with a sole vision to assist the Humankind and help them understand how their own minds work and the importance of letting go in creating a positive space in your system.
To Counter issues like stress, anxiety and insomnia and to learn how to control the ongoing speed of thoughts, she uses a powerful technique that combines both meditation and sound therapy to help you deeply relax and let go of the unwanted, so you can live a calmer and more exuberant life.
She also trained and received her certification as a sound healer with a true master of this ancient knowledge; Gyuto Tibetan Monk: Venerable Lobsang Lama Tendar; who is also known as the Dalai Lama’s Chant Master. Tibetan Sound Healing is a powerful yet gentle healing technique that helps to create positive sounds and vibrations to provide you with a blissful experience for a peaceful balance between mind, body and soul. It is one of the most ancient and powerful tools that is used for centuries in Meditation and Healing.
She plays the bowls and run meditation sessions in private or group and helps her patients to relieve stress and to calm their fast running mind helping them achieve deeper states of relaxation and leading them to attain the altered state of consciousness.
