Self Set Free Living

Our mission at Self Set Free Living is to help women and men use mindfulness to experience relief from stress, anxiety, and worry. We do this by providing support through a range of professional in-person and online services, where you will learn fresh new ways of coping and managing your stress and anxiety. Learn to live with more freedom, peace, clarity & joy, it is possible! Mindfulness shows you how to let go of the control your mind and emotions have over you.

Stephanie Beauverd

Stephanie Beauverd (BSocSi(Psych), GradDipCouns) is a registered, university-trained Counsellor and experienced Mindfulness Coach with a background in psychology and mental health. She specialises in supporting women to experience relief from stress, anxiety, and/or depression. Stephanie is a dedicated mindfulness practitioner and coach, who has been teaching mindfulness to individuals and groups for a number of years. She has completed a Diploma in Mindfulness Therapy, as well as advanced mindfulness retreats in Australia and abroad in India.
