I am a passionate photographer, storyteller, explorer of light and seeker of adventure. I traverse the globe looking for that special moment in that unique location to bring back memories and stories that can be beautifully preserved in print. I believe printing images is the final step in creating the photo and bringing it to life. Online is just a memory but, once it is printed, that is when the emotion and the atmosphere of the photo really resonates with the viewer.

I have grown to love the outdoors from a young age and planned to travel the globe, not just to seek out fascinating natural wonders but to also immerse myself in other cultures and lifestyles to enhance my personal outlook on life. Along my journey, I have had some incredible moments and met some memorable characters.

Photography has been my passport into unlocking this world. I’ve experienced many different cultures, countries and situations. I have met amazing people, encountered awe inspiring vistas and grown to appreciate the world around me while learning not to take it for granted. It’s an opportunity not to hide behind the camera but, use it as a tool, as a ticket into life-altering events and into people’s lives.

Along with my passion for travel and photography, I love educating and talking to people about photography. I enthusiastically encourage everyone that is thinking of getting into photography to jump in and have a crack. I have hosted close to a thousand photographic events, workshops and tours all over Australia and internationally and can’t wait to guide you through the next stage of your photography journey.

I am most proud when I see growth and confidence in my students ability after they have attended my workshop. I don’t just do photography, I don’t just teach photography, I breathe photography.
