Sarah Williams

Originally from Perth, Western Australia, Sarah comes from a diverse corporate background - ranging from working on the mines in rural WA to living the city slicker lifestyle in Melbourne. 

For a long time Sarah was seeking a feeling of deep happiness, yet had no idea how to find it. After constantly seeking outside herself to find it, and overcoming much self-doubt, she went to her first yoga class. Savasana ended. She was hooked. And something started to shift inside. 

The more dedicated her yoga practice, the more Sarah’s outer world began to change. Yoga has become an integral part of her life and spiritual path - along with exploring the world of self development and self love. Sarah is passionate about women's wellness and empowering women to live their best life possible, no matter their circumstances.

Sarah believes that Yoga is the ultimate act of self-love, and runs far deeper than the external postures. 

Sarah teachs both Vinyasa and Yin. Her Vinyasa flows are creative, fluid, nourishing and fun. Her beautifully crafted Yin will help you to find stillness right down to your soul, allowing you to just simply BE.
