Sarah Ball is a qualified yoga teacher, art therapist and counsellor, with over a decade of professional practice. She runs a variety of workshops and events from Yoga for Depression and Anxiety to Body Love Yoga, as well as courses on taking yoga 'off the mat, into the world'.
