Sarah Ball

Sarah Ball is a qualified yoga teacher, art therapist and counsellor, with over a decade of professional practice. She runs a variety of workshops and events from Yoga for Anxiety and Depression, to Body Love Yoga, as well as courses on yoga for social justice. Sarah also runs a private practice working with individuals and yoga teachers through counselling and mentoring. She is currently completing her masters in Social Work.
