Sally is a Wellness Coach with over a decade of experience working with women. Sally lives by her heart-centred commitment to empower women to kick stress and overwhelm to the curb and take back control of their lives.
 
As a wellness enthusiast, Sally has studied plant-based nutrition, meditation and mindfulness. Combining this with her expertise in supporting women to dispel self critical thoughts and the 'monkey mind', Sally enables women to reconnect with themselves creating more happiness, ease and joy in their every day.
