Rez Maghami - Progressive Running

I am a personal trainer specialised in running. I have run full marathon, half marathon and shorter distances in several races. I have run in both maximalist and minimalist shoes and to my experience there is something beyond shoes that impacts running more intensely: "running technique". Usually techniques are condescended to a hanful of tips that runners can still go fine without them. What I teach makes a fundamental change in the way we run. Different muscles to use and a different chain of commands that result in running more smoothly saving a lot of energy.
