We host down-to-earth women's only Yoga and Wine Retreats in Victoria (and sometimes overseas).

We believe all women deserve to experience the magical movement practice that is yoga. We also believe nobody should ever feel they are not skinny enough, flexible enough or strong enough to do yoga.

Our womxn’s only yoga retreats in Victoria and Bali are far from traditional. There’s no chanting or opening circles, and we won’t take you through any chakra cleansing or goddess practices. We do think you are a goddess, but we’ll tell you so when you’re having a well-earned cocktail by the pool. It’s not that we have anything against traditional yoga retreats, it’s just not our jam…

We have been creating yoga retreats in Victoria since 2017 for women from all walks of life and fitness levels. And by women, we mean ANYBODY who identifies as a woman.
