Hi, I'm Renata. I teach for the joy and love of dance and I believe everyone CAN dance. Dance is an art-form that ticks all the boxes for the body and brain. It's the best way to feel great and keep healthy.

I come from a professional dance background in classical and contemporary dance but just love moving to feel good and connected to my body. There are free flowing and technical exercises, creative games, rhythmic movement and some choreography.
