Rajiv Agarwal
Rajiv brings over twenty years of deep inquiry into meditation & consciousness. His journey began with an intensive spiritual search, 23 years of study with contemplative traditions with various sages and teachers. In 2005, while meditating by a mountain lake in the Himalayas, he experienced a profound shift in awareness that dissolved the boundaries between self and surroundings, offering direct insight into the teachings he had long studied.
Yet this experience became a turning point in a different way. Years of chasing permanence in that state led him to exhaustion and disillusionment. In 2013, he reached a critical realisation: he had been striving for enlightenment in some distant future whilst overlooking the spontaneous peace and bliss already present. When he stopped the chase and accepted what is, something shifted. He began to rest in what he calls "the immensity"—the infinite consciousness that is always there, beyond description yet deeply personal.
This understanding transformed how he works with people. His approach is not theoretical. It comes from decades of lived investigation into how anxiety forms in the body, how thought amplifies it, and how attention can settle the nervous system. For years, Rajiv has guided people through anxiety-related patterns in real time. Rather than discussing anxiety, participants work with it as sensation, energy, and movement in the body. This allows insight to land at a nervous system level. He has distilled this lived experience into two books and now runs regular sessions in Melbourne. People return because something real shifts each time—the work is repeatable and adapts to real-world pressures such as work stress, health anxiety, relationship tension, and persistent inner unrest.
