Queensland Museum is custodian of the state’s natural and cultural heritage, caring for more than a million items and specimens in collections that tell the changing story of Queensland. Our flagship museum, Queensland Museum Kurilpa, is located in South Bank, Brisbane at the heart of Brisbane’s Cultural Precinct.
Queensland Museum Kurilpa is home to a range of permanent galleries and exhibitions, such as SparkLab, Dinosaurs Unearthed, The Discovery Centre and the Anzac Legacy Gallery. In addition to our permanent displays, our museum is host to national and international travelling exhibitions and offers a range of events and public programs.
