Qigong Melbourne offers beginners Qigong courses in this relaxing and meditative form of exercise across Melbourne. Taught by Abby Lee, an instructor with years of experience in various forms of Qigong, Tai Chi and Chinese martial arts. Qigong is a great way to improve your health, energy and well being in a relaxing and enlightening way. Private classes and corporate/workplace sessions are available by appointment.

Qigong Melbourne also runs Sound Meditation which complements Qigong practises. Several times a year Qigong Melbourne offers Qi-Sound workshops which combines Qigong and Sound Meditation -  a double bliss event.
