Phill Norman is a psychology graduate, a qualified counsellor and mental health worker. He has over fifteen years' experience in practicing mindfulness and meditation techniques, over ten years' experience in teaching meditation and mindfulness to the general public, and was previously ordained as a Buddhist monk for seven years. Phill has also completed training in the evidence-based models of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MiCBT), which he believes to be the most effective models of mindfulness currently available.
