Mountain Light Chamber Music Series
A Night of Opera Arias
This season’s chamber series opens with an exquisite evening of opera arias featuring Elizabeth Hanje, first-prize winner of Houston Grand Opera’s Eleanor McCollum Competition and a rising star of the Butler Studio, alongside Georgian tenor Luka Tsevelidze, whose lyric artistry has been heard from Prague to Kassel and now graces HGO’s mainstage. Together, they offer a luminous program of beloved operatic repertoire brought vividly to life.
We are thrilled to welcome the Zelter String Quartet, lauded for their “effortless precision and blend,” fresh from major chamber music prizes and advanced quartet residencies at Aspen, Juilliard, and beyond. Their dynamic artistry reflects the finest traditions of the modern string quartet.
Completing the series is the elegant and compelling Trio Magnoliana, an ensemble of distinguished soloists and University of Houston faculty members whose performances span North America, Europe, Asia, and South America. Renowned for their refined musicianship and adventurous programming, the trio brings both classic masterworks and newly commissioned music to the stage.
Full concert tickets at Keyah Grande are available on Eventbrite and include an optional pre-concert dinner prepared by our celebrated Chef. Seating at both Keyah Grande and The Springs Resort is extremely limited.
Join us for three unforgettable nights of artistry, intimacy, and musical excellence in the mountains.
