Moontide Management

The Kambarang Committee is a collective of organisations passionate about Aboriginal Culture and encouraging young Aboriginal people into career paths for the tourism and hospitality sector whilst also celebrating native foods and flavours.  The organisations are Black Olive, Koomal Dreaming, South Regional TAFE, 5000 Meals, Roelands Village and Moontide Management.
