Michelle is an Early Childhood Teacher with over 16 years’ experience in education Leadership, Senior Management, Teaching, Assessing & Training.

Michelle has a passion for building the capabilities of people & leaders to create a culture of learning, reflection and growth.

Michelle has worked with Semann & Slattery, G8 Education, Gowrie SA and NCAC. 

Michelle has experience supporting Centre Managers to lead their services to exceed the standards with an 80% track record as an Area Manager. Her unwavering enthusiasm and unique ability inspire innovation and critical thinking is proven to deliver high-quality education and improved outcomes for children & families.

Michelle helps leaders to recognise their opportunity to go beyond the ‘every day’ to change people’s lives. She has a passion and strength for developing great leaders and uses her strong interest in positive psychology to support these approaches through cultural change.

Most recently Michelle has decided to share her experience transforming her life with others. She founded the concept of living on Hourglass Time which is a holistic approach to living with presence, intentionality and passion. Her lessons come from her experience as a fast-paced manager of over 90 education businesses and a diagnosis of Narcolepsy, where she decided to take charge of her life and is now reaping the benefits.
