Why we do what we do is simple
“I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. Running from place to place to find a centre that would take the time to really connect with me, so I created one.” – Jodie Coall, Director.
Our member’s see us because they are feeling fatigued, run down, frustrated, and stressed. They don't know why they feel this way or what they need to do about it. They suspect they have allergies, hormone imbalances or their gut 'just doesn't feel right'. They are in pain from working on computers, some are struggling with their relationships and self-confidence and some are trying to find a more natural solution for illnesses or even want to enhance their fertility.

Jodie Coall is the Director of Melbourne Natural Wellness (MNW), one of the longest standing wellness clinics in Melbourne’s Central Business District. 178 Collins Street on the ‘Paris End’ of Collins St.
As a Wellness Industry leader, Jodie is well known and respected for her dedication to education and her ability to connect with people. Since starting out as a Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer in 1999 in Queensland and then in the UK, she moved to Melbourne and started as a Massage therapist at MNW in 2003, whilst running her own centre in Prahran.
Jodie had a huge vision for MNW as soon as she walked through the door. She took MNW from humble beginnings with a vision to see the centre as a second home where people can relax and take some time to create balance in a busy city and stressful working environment. In 2008, Jodie expanded the centre to include a fully-equipped Pilates and Yoga studio, taking over the entire fourth floor of the historic Martin & Pleasance building – Pleasance House as it is known today.
